Greg, just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much I appreciate having finally found a general contractor I can not only count on for excellent quality workmanship but someone who is honest and extremely thorough. From the service door project to the roof project to the front entry way door project, you walked us through every painstaking detail so as to not miss a thing thus each project actually came in under budget, and always on-time or better. The quality of the workmanship has been superb as well. As a matter of fact, the City inspector for Lakeville mentioned when he was out here looking at the roof, that he had rarely seen a shingle job installed as meticulously as you did for us. Not only did you do all of the what I’ve mentioned above but you’ve helped me out around here with miscellaneous consulting on my tower and other small projects at no cost.
