About Us
Greg graduated at the top of his class from
Hennepin Technical College with a degree in
residential construction. He has over 30 years experience in the building
profession, and is a third generation construction
professional. As a past
subcontractor and contractor, he has personally built hundreds of single
family homes, and has done
commercial work as well. Some of his past
construction experiences include building new homes, of varied
price ranges, including timber framed, building
duplexes, doing
remodeling and repairs to existing homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, and finishing
basements He also has had
experience building church additions, commercial buildings, a community
center, and a gymnasium. He especially
enjoys and specializes in, the fine craftsmanship of finish trim
work, doing unique
stairways and specialty trim work. Our team of
professional tradesmen have years of experience and trusted
craftsmanship. The subcontractors
that we use have worked with
us for years and are expert craftsman in their fields. They are
trustworthy, reliable and some of the finest in our area. Greg, just wanted to take a moment to tell you
how much I appreciate having finally found a general contractor I can
not only count on for excellent quality workmanship but someone who is honest and extremely
thorough. From the service door project to the roof project to the front entry way door
project, you walked us through every painstaking
detail so as to not miss a thing thus each
project actually came in under budget, and always on-time or

for Lakeville mentioned when he was out here
looking at the roof, that he had rarely seen a shingle job installed as meticulously

miscellaneous consulting on my tower and other
